Automotive Service & Parts Installer - Titan DMS

This opportunity is to join the Sensus dealer management system implementation team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Implementation Manager, you will be an active member of the implementation team ensuring successful product training and implementation as well as covering the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Sensus with customers in a professional manner.

  • Understand the end users and their specific needs.

  • Provide professional advice on a broad range of end user queries across aftersales Parts department

  • Provide quality end user onsite training to individuals and groups in a classroom environment.

  • Provide best practice and processes which suits best for the company specialising in Parts operations.

  • Support new users in their change journey to a new live DMS.

  • Strive to be perceived as a value-add team member onDMS installations.

  • Provide post implementation support.

  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with all Customers and Staff on implementation related enquiries.

  • Handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

  • Document in real-time project progress in our project management system.

  • Create, update and maintain clear processes and procedures.

 

To be successful for the role, you must have

 

  • Well versed with Vehicle Sales / lead management, vehicle ordering, vehicle administration and other processes within the sales department.

  • Ability to travel within the GCC region and when required stay outside of Dubai up to one month on implementation and training trips.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience within an Automotive Dealership environment in the aftersales parts department.

  • Well versed with Parts sales, ordering, warehousing and other processes within the aftersales department.

  • Existing experience in using a DMS Aftersales Parts functions.

  • A strong work ethic and be motivated by attaining the highest levels of Customer satisfaction.

  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.

  • Clear written and oral communication skills.

  • Desire to learn and develop.
