Key Responsibilities

• Represent Sensus with customers in a professional manner.

• Understand the end users and their specific needs.

• Provide professional advice on a broad range of end user queries across sales department withvehicle salesman, vehicle Sales manager, supervisor role and sales support.

• Provide quality end user onsite training to individuals and groups in a classroom environment.

• Provide best practice and processes which suits best for the company.

• Support new users in their change journey to a new live DMS.

• Strive to be perceived as a value-add team member on DMS installations.

• Provide post implementation support.

• Communicate clearly and efficiently with all customers and staff on implementation related enquiries.

• Handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

• Document in real-time project progress in our project management system.

• Create, update and maintain clear processes and procedures.

To be successful for the role, you must have

 

• Well versed with Vehicle Sales / lead management, vehicle ordering, vehicle administration and other processes within the sales department.

• Ability to travel within the GCC region and when required stay outside of Dubai up to one month on implementation and training trips.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience within an automotive dealership environment asvehicle salesman, vehicle sales manager or worked in a supervisor role in the sales support.

• Well versed with service, parts and other processes within the sales department.

• Existing experience in using a DMS sales processes.
