A Decade of Inovation - Our Journey of Ten Years in Business

Sensus is delighted to celebrate a significant milestone in its journey, a decade in business. Over the past ten years in the MENA region, we've been providing software and technology to dealerships and service centers. Our solutions have enhanced efficiency, increased productivity, and elevated the overall customer experience. As we celebrate a decade of innovation and growth, we reflect on the remarkable journey that has brought us to where we stand today.

In 2013, Sensus embarked on its journey in the Middle East, armed with a resounding vision, to introduce the latest in automotive software and solutions to the MENA region. Backed by a team with extensive experience globally in technology and the automotive sector.

From its begining, Sensus recognized the pivotal role digitalization plays in aftersales. To address this, we were appointed the official distributor for autoVHC, a business unit of Snap-on, in the region. This move was a game-changer for the region, as autoVHC is endorsed by some of the world's largest motor manufacturers and has been proven to boost workshop sales. Globally, it has played a pivotal role in generating over $1 billion in service business for dealerships.

Soon after, understanding the need for a modern cloud-based Dealer Management System, Sensus joined forces with Titan DMS. This partnership brought a DMS equipped with an on-the-ground team possessing extensive regional expertise. The aim was clear, to provide dealerships with real-time support and a wealth of region-specific knowledge. Moreover, our vision was to tailor the DMS to the unique requirements of Middle East dealerships, and thus, the system underwent extensive customization. This dynamic development not only streamlined operations but also eliminated common hurdles that businesses typically grapple with.

Fast forward to 2020, Sensus underwent a profound transformation to align with the needs of the customer during the pandemic, diversifying to offer a comprehensive suite of digital technology solutions spanning digital retailing, communication, marketing, and sales. This strategic expansion positioned Sensus as the industry leader, offering the most extensive range of automotive technology solutions for dealerships and service centers in the Middle East.
