Al Masaood share their thoughts on Sensus and autoVHC powered by Snapon

autoVHC provides me with an electronic VHC which allows our business to build trust with customers. Before autoVHC, we had a paper based VHC process which was inefficient and perishable. As autoVHC is digital, I now have full visibility on identified repairs that needs follow up as well as a process in place for my service team to follow.

I use autoVHC to also digitalize the the Periodic Maintenance Checklist which is traceable and measurable.The reporting suite gives me a real time data on activities carried out by each department and pinpoints areas of improvement.

I frequently receive positive feedback from my customers about the transparency of repairs identified thanks to the images and videos taken by autoVHC system.
